The Digman Network offers a range of services from consulting to mentoring to managing.
Consulting--is assessing and making recommendations.
Mentoring--is making recommendations and assisting in implementation through modeling behavior, educating and instructing various constituencies, and coaching for success.
Managing--is taking responsibility for implementation of recommendations.

Jo-Ann Digman, an executive with decades of successful experiences in the areas of community relations, philanthropy, fund development, public policy, and stakeholder advocacy is the Founder & Principal of The Digman Network. She has managed hundreds of targeted and strategic programs for private and public corporations, non-profit organizations, and government and academic institutions, providing her with the necessary talents and perspectives needed to create such a comprehensive consultancy.
Prior to founding The Digman Network, Jo-Ann was President of the Equal Sweetener Foundation and Vice President of External Relations for the Merisant Company, makers of Equal Sweetener. As President of the Foundation, she directed corporate contributions and sponsorships for a variety of diverse global organizations to strengthen the Equal brand. As Vice President of External Relations, she was responsible for community, trade and governmental affairs for Merisant.
Thom Digman is currently a Principal in The Digman Network, an advancement advisory and consulting firm founded in 2004 specializing in faith-based not for profits. His services maximize an organization’s strengths while respecting its unique mission, charism, aspirations and needs. He focuses on the fundamentals that are grounded by his professional principles, experience learned throughout his long career, and informed by multiple and varied engagements.
Thom has over thirty years of strategic fundraising and advancement experience as well as extensive experience in private business, public service and faith-based philanthropy.
